The plain terms of using Wandflow.
Written to be read. Wandflow is licensed rather than sold, payments run through Polar as merchant of record, cancelling takes one link, and refunds take one email.

Plain language on purpose. Where a term has a legal meaning, that meaning still applies.
Licence, not sale.
Buying Wandflow buys a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Macs you use. You are not buying ownership of the software itself.
You may not resell it, redistribute the build, or reverse engineer it in order to bypass licensing or quota checks. Everything else you'd normally do with an app you paid for is fine.
Wandflow is made by Luven Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Questions: support@wandflow.app. Purchases are sold by Polar as merchant of record, and Polar's terms apply to payments, invoicing and tax.
Subscriptions and billing.
Pro is $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year. The plan you pick renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Polar is the merchant of record and the seller for every purchase. Polar takes the payment, issues your invoice, and collects and remits VAT or sales tax where it applies. Your card details are handled by Polar; we never see or store them.
Cancellation.
You can cancel at any time from the management link on your Polar receipt — no email required, no retention flow, no phone call.
Pro keeps working to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to Free. Outside the refund window below, partial periods are not refunded.
Refunds.
Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email support@wandflow.app from the address on your receipt and the refund is processed through Polar.
The 14-day full-Pro trial takes no credit card, so in most cases you can decide before any money changes hands.
The free tier.
Free is free forever: unlimited voice commands, every window and system command, three saved setups, and 25 Ask requests a week.
Downgrading never deletes anything you made. If you built eight setups on Pro and go back to Free, all eight stay on disk and keep working exactly as before — you simply can't create a new one beyond the third until you upgrade again. Nothing is locked, hidden or held hostage.
Acceptable use.
- Don't use Ask to try to make the app do things it isn't designed to do. It can only choose from Wandflow's own safe actions, and attempts to push it past that are a misuse of the service.
- Don't abuse the free tier — automated request cycling, scripted quota farming, or spinning up install IDs to reset limits.
- Don't use Wandflow to interfere with software or systems you don't have permission to control.
Accounts that do these things can have Ask access suspended. Core on-device commands are unaffected by any of it.
Availability.
Ask depends on a third-party AI provider and on our server, so it can be slow, rate-limited or temporarily unavailable. No uptime guarantee is offered for Ask.
Core commands — setups, window management and system actions — run entirely on your Mac and keep working regardless of our server, the provider, or your internet connection.
Warranty and liability.
Wandflow is provided as-is, to the extent the law allows. It moves and arranges windows, launches apps and changes system settings on your Mac, and while every setup that rearranges your windows hands you a one-step undo, we can't promise it will behave perfectly with every app on every display configuration.
Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for Wandflow in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute has to go to court, the state and federal courts in Florida have jurisdiction, except where consumer law where you live says otherwise.
Changes and contact.
These terms can change as the product does. When they do, the date at the top of this page changes and the change appears in the release notes. Continuing to use Wandflow after a change means the updated terms apply; if a change affects your subscription, account holders get an email first.

The terms are short because the deal is simple: try the whole thing free, pay if it earns it, leave whenever you like.
