Hold the key.
Right Command is the default, and it works like a walkie-talkie: hold it while you speak, let go when you're done. If you'd rather tap once to start and once to stop, you can. If Right Command is already spoken for, pick F13 through F16 instead.

Apple's on-device speech recognition turns what you said into text, on your Mac. No audio leaves the machine, and nothing you say is recorded or stored.

It matches a command.
The deterministic grammar goes first — sort all, left half, work and the rest never touch the network. Only if nothing matches, and only if you've left Ask switched on, does that single line of text go out to be turned into actions.

Your Mac obeys.
Apps launch, windows move to their saved spots and come to the front, pages reopen in the browser they came from, and the scene applies — volume, brightness, light or dark, music.

You get a receipt.
A card appears showing exactly what changed, with Put it back — one-step undo, always available — and Close the rest for anything that isn't part of the setup. Nothing Wandflow does is a one-way door.
Three permissions, and why.
macOS asks before an app can listen or touch your windows. Wandflow asks for exactly three things, once, and explains each one as it comes up.
- Microphone
- So it can hear the command while you're holding the key. The audio is processed and discarded; it is never recorded, stored, or uploaded.
- Speech recognition
- So Apple's on-device recogniser can turn your words into text locally. This is what keeps core commands off the network entirely.
- Accessibility
- This is the one that lets Wandflow move and resize windows. macOS has no other way to grant it, which is why it asks.
If you decline accessibility
Window commands and setups can't move anything, so they won't work — and Wandflow says so plainly rather than quietly doing nothing. Voice, system commands, and the rest still run. Grant it later in System Settings and everything switches on; no reinstall, nothing lost.
