Write to me directly.

Support, billing, refunds, bug reports, or an idea for a command — all of it goes to one inbox, and it reaches the person who writes the app.

The address

Email address

There is no ticket queue and no chatbot — a real person replies. Replies usually come within a day or two — sometimes within the hour, occasionally on Monday if you write on a Saturday. If a week goes by, write again; the mail got lost, not ignored.

For a refund, just send the email address on your receipt. Within fourteen days, that's the whole process — no questions asked.

Pre-sorted

Pick a subject and your mail app does the filing.

Each of these opens a new message with the subject already set, which means your mail lands in the right place and gets answered sooner.

Help with something

A command that won't fire, a setup that lands wrong, anything confusing.

Billing or refund

Charges, invoices, cancelling, or a refund within fourteen days.

Bug report

Something broke. The subject already asks for your macOS version.

Before you email

Three answers that arrive faster than I do.

Window commands do nothing
Almost always the Accessibility permission — macOS has to grant it before any app can move a window, and it silently drops after some updates. See how permissions work.
Plans, cancelling, refunds
Exact prices, the trial, who invoices you, and how cancelling works are all written out on the pricing page.
What data is collected
Core commands never leave your Mac; Ask sends one line of text and logs a timestamp, an anonymous install ID, your plan, and token counts. The full detail is on the privacy page.

Still deciding? Try it first.

Free is free forever, the trial takes no card, and if it isn't for you the refund window is fourteen days and one email long.
