Capture. Then curate.
Choose “Capture what’s open,” review the captured windows, and choose what belongs. Give it a name you’ll remember.
Come back to it.
Say its name, click its card, or assign a shortcut. Your working world comes back into place.

The right workspace is more than where things go. Add the small details that help you settle in.

Set the volume and built-in display brightness as part of your setup.

Choose light or dark appearance, and play or pause your selected music app.

Add an arrival sound or run a named macOS Shortcut alongside your workspace.
Music controls use Music or Spotify. Specific playlists can be part of your own Shortcut. “Put it back” restores windows; it does not undo scene settings.

Spread out at your desk. Keep it simple on your laptop. Save arrangements for the displays you use. When an exact arrangement reconnects, Wandflow can restore its most recently used matching setup.
Setups that need more displays won’t run on fewer by default. You can explicitly allow it in the setup’s settings.

Bring your pages, too.
Supported browser pages can be saved with a setup. Safari and Chromium browsers offer page restoration; other browser support varies.
Name it your way.
Your setup name is a voice trigger. Add another phrase or assign a keyboard shortcut when that feels more natural.
